has been delivered or accessed, it cannot be returned or refunded.


Physical Products

We accept returns or exchanges for physical items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

Item must be unused and in original condition

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective or incorrect


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery

with photos and order details. We will resolve the issue promptly.
